Gloria does not know what she is doing & is endangering the welfare of children & people's lives. Son's mom is mentally ill & hurt him mentally + physically. Son was terrified of his mom as a result. Court gave me sole custody w/supervised exchanges for mom to document if son had a problem going w/his mom. In the past, my son's mom tried to force him against his will. He's been traumatized. Tri-Cnty's job was to document what happened in the exchanges accurately. Son's mom has been manipulative of everyone. Gloria of Tri-Cnty accepted payment from my Ex for my portion of the intake fees even after telling me we would be paying the day of the exchange. I asked if that was something they'd normally do, since their job to remain neutral & unbiased. Gloria said "We'll take money from anybody, we don't care". Gloria wasn't present for the 1st exchange & had two young men there. They tried to make the exchange in the parking lot. Son was very uncomfortable with going with his mom, he couldn't see her, & having 2 strange men asking him to go with them. Son refused their offers. I tried to help him go, but he would not go. Employees were nice, but it was obvious they hadn't been trained properly. They ASKED my son if he wanted to go. He didn't want to go. They called Gloria several times, asking what to do. Son went but was very upset later that he had been "tricked". 2nd exchange, Gloria was present. Same parking lot exchange. Son again refused. Gloria told me, I had to tell him he HAD TO go. I politely disagreed & reminded her that the court order stated that my son would never be forced to go against his will. She argued with me & told me I couldn't give him a choice, that she would report it. She threatened me, then terminated the services saying she "wasn't going to do this" & threatened what she'd write in report, that I gave my son a choice by saying "want to go with mom now?". Funny thing, her own employees said the same thing at the previous exchange. Good thing I video recorded both exchanges ! Read the other bad reviews about them.
